How to Apply

Formal application forms for admission can be obtained from the college office (Near Kottappara, Kanhangad - 0467-3983000/ 9961198300) or from the Kanhangad City Office of the college (City Office: 1st Floor, Dubai Complex, Durga HSS Road, Kanhangad, Ph: 0467-2205114, Cell: 9446483848) in person on payment of Rs. 200/-

The duly filled in application along with attested copies of necessary documents can be submitted directly or by registered post with A/D to the city office of the college so as to reach the college office on or before the prescribed date. Applicants shall obtain acknowledgement from the office for applications submitted directly.

Applications should be complete in all respects. The candidate should fill in all the items in the application form in his/her own handwriting .Copies of Certificates/ Documents to be submitted along with application.

  • 12th/ 10th certificate in proof of date of birth.
  • Mark list of qualifying examination and entrance examination (if available).
  • In cases where the candidates claim any sort of reservation or special consideration, documents to prove such claims.
  • All copies of certificates shall be attested.
  • Photos - 10 copies.

Application not accompanied by documents in proof of claims of reservation will not be considered in such categories. Documents/ Certificates furnished after submission of the application will not be entertained under any circumstances. Late and incomplete applications will be rejected.

PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION

Preparation of Merit list and Allotment of seats: Subject to any orders that may be passed by the courts, admission will be on the basis of rank obtained in the KEAM 2019/ JEE 2019/ marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry / equivalent subjects in the qualifying examinations.

Furnishing false information/ particulars would result in the forfeiture of the candidature as well as cancellation of admission to the course if admitted and in addition, will attract the relevant provisions of criminal law of the land.

Merit list for admission will be published in the website/college noticeboards. Selection will be in the order of merit through open counselling. The date for counselling will be published in the website and college noticeboard

For genuine reasons, management will have the right to deny admission to any candidate even if otherwise eligible and such reasons will be recorded and conveyed to the student.

Candidates are advised to visit the website of the college from June 2019 onwards and appear for interview and admission as notified therein. No separate communication will be sent on this account.

Selected candidates shall take admission at the appointed time and date in the college after paying the tuition fees to be paid failing which the offer of admission will be cancelled.
